Program Overview
The Real Teacher Prep Program is an in-person, 12-week professional learning program for beginning teachers with one to three years of experience, including teachers pursuing certification.

Built on the Surviving to Thriving System™, it moves new teachers from survival mode to sustainable, effective practice across six modules: classroom entry, behavior and trauma-informed practice, instruction, workload and emotional labor, school culture and leadership, and sustainable teaching careers.
